I am currently a PostDoc working with Markus Schweighofer.
Previously, I was a PostDoc in the Algorithmic and Discrete Mathematics group of Christoph Helmberg at TU Chemnitz.
Before that, I was a PostDoc in the Discrete, Convex and Toric Geometry group of Benjamin Nill at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg.
In November 2022, I defended my PhD. During my doctoral studies, I was a member of the Applied Algebra group at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway and was supervised by Cordian Riener and Hugues Verdure.
My research concerns theoretical and computational questions in several topics. I am particularly interested in symmetries in polynomial optimization, real algebraic geometry and algebraic combinatorics.
Together with Tobias Metzlaff and Christoph Helmberg we are organizing the workshop Structuring combinatorial problems with symmetry from 24 - 26 June 2026.
